Products and orders

Products are sold individually unless a listing expressly says otherwise. Purchases are one-off orders, not subscriptions. Read the description, quantity and intended use before ordering. Our fabric-cleaning products are not pet-grooming tools.

Check your cart, delivery details and total before paying. You can correct or abandon your order before completing checkout. Your order confirmation records your purchase; keep a copy for your records.

Products are supplied directly through our fulfilment partner in China. Your purchase is with ORIVION, and we remain responsible for dealing with order enquiries and applicable consumer remedies.

Prices and payments

Prices are in South African rand. The delivery charge and order total are displayed before payment. Payment is processed through Yoco using the methods offered at checkout. We will not change the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. They explain delivery arrangements, returns and how personal information is used. You can save or print these terms and policies for reference.

Questions and complaints

Email hello@orivion.shop with your order number and details of the issue. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may approach the relevant consumer-protection body or ombud. Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising your legal rights.

South African law applies. No provision excludes protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to these terms apply to future orders, not retrospectively to an existing order.
