Returns and refunds

ORIVION is operated by Orivion Holdings Pty Ltd. Email hello@orivion.shop with your order number or other proof of purchase.

Changed your mind?

For qualifying online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within seven days after receiving your goods. You pay only the direct cost of returning them. We refund your payment within 30 days of cancellation. No restocking fee applies to this statutory cooling-off right.

Please contact us for return instructions before posting a parcel so it reaches the correct destination. Pack the goods safely and include any supplied accessories. Our return arrangements do not shorten your legal cancellation period.

Faulty, unsafe or incorrect goods

If goods fail to meet the quality requirements of the Consumer Protection Act within six months of delivery, you may return them at our risk and expense and choose a repair, replacement or refund, as provided by law. We may reasonably inspect the goods to understand the problem.

Please tell us about damage, missing items or an incorrect delivery as soon as reasonably possible. Photos are helpful, but an unboxing video or original packaging is not a condition for a valid statutory defect claim.

Refunds

We normally refund to the original payment method. We will confirm when the refund has been processed; bank processing time can vary. We do not substitute store credit for a refund without your agreement.

These provisions do not limit any rights you have under South African consumer law.
